Hej når jeg maler mit hus inde i og uden på så er der alså nogen vægge der skifter til hvid efter jeg har malet dem er det fordi i ikke kan lide når der ikke er hvid vægge vær sød at fixse det og kan i ikke lave et universitet hvor man kan tjene penge og nogen arbejde og man kan tjen hurtiger penge plz 🧐🤔🥺🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😖

Ok jeg har givet det 4 stjerner fordi jeg synes at det er et mega fedt spil fordi man kan være mega kreativ med husets indretning og at man kan alle mulige forskellige ting så jeg synes det er et godt spil🙂
Worlds worst costumer service!!
So I started having problems with my game 6 months ago. My game crashes every time I try to go to “Friend ideas” or visit other peoples places. So anyway, I contacted costumer service and got in contact with Shara. Even though I made it clear that my problem is an individual problem, she came with bad excuses telling me “we wait for approval process” or “wait for next update”. So now it’s been 6 months of complaining, and nothing changes. She clearly don’t know what she is doing, and I am seriously questioning why people with this little to bring, would choose to work with service. I have now asked to be connected with some developer of this game to get my problem fixed and hopefully that will help! Otherwise I think you need. To consider shutting down this game, as if you can’t even make it work, you shouldn’t be able to earn money for it either.

worst customer “service” ever
I almost have no words to describe how disappointed I am with your customer “service”. I contacted you because I for many months have lost gems on skipping wait time on passion, happiness, strength etc. e gems to get it but never get it. Apparently it’s so smart that your log doesn’t show it, so no proof, what a way to fool your customers. I am so furious beyond words. Your cs sent me a log for two days even though it’s for many months. I apparencan not get a refund or gems. The problem arose cannot be fixed. I will find out if there is a way to report you for this. Contacting your customer “service” apparently won’t help.
