Amazing app
This app is really great. If you’re looking for a like abs or a butt workouts, they could do better with the chest, arms, and legs. They have like individual workouts that you can do and they also have a full body plan. I feel like with the full body planned. It was just repeating the same workout from like three workouts in the beginning and three at the end it was very predictable the longer I was doing the plan. I also love with the app that it has like reminders and I love how it is design because it feels really interactive.The calendar and the data collecting makes it feel like an actual app that’s keeping me accountable of my losing weight goal. I started off at 195 and currently I’m at 1:80.I started the app near the end of June and it’s October now.I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who starting off in their workout journey because it’s really effective. they do have like a few workouts that you can’t do if you don’t pay for the premium but pretty much all of the workouts are free except for the ads that can be annoying but it’s pretty good
