Had no end of problems and currently still unable to read the publication due to an error script! Customer Service somewhat lacking. The interface from what I can see is poor. Asked for a refund but nothing happened as yet. Just the same standard stock email sent to me, didn’t offer any constructive advice on how to resolve the login issues.
I love the content in this magazine but wish website links were actually linked to the associated websites.
I have been subscribing via the app and despite phoning and emailing both Apple and the magazine several times, they have never dealt with it. Effectively they have stolen my money and there is nothing I can do about it. Beware.
This app is terrible..
The app loaded fine after some initial confusion, I would have liked to see the ability to search articles like for example on the Which app. Would have given 5 stars for fully interactive publication.
As others have reported, I paid £25 for a year’s subscription. I have received no acknowledgement of that payment and no information as to how to log into the app to access any content. Very shabby service, and totally unacceptable from what I used to regard as a quality publication.
Purchased a years subscription- app doesn’t work - no support forthcoming (multiple requests sent) = waste of money. Wish I hadn’t bothered
I signed up for the annual Subscription and received an error saying cannot update library. Rubbish.
Think twice before you give these people your money. I have bought several items from them. Some simply do not load (on a new iPad) The advice you will receive is to “re-install your purchases.” It did not work and despite requests I heard nothing further. I also bought a year’s subscription and did not get access to that year’s magazines. When I queried it I was told to - guess what? “reinstall my purchases.” Again this did not fix the problem. Customer Service apparently is ONLY for the printed version. If you want to read it on your iPad you will have no customer service. They have my money and they don’t appear to be even slightly concerned that I don’t have their magazine.
