Cannot get past qr Error: bad nonce size What do you suggest?

As everyone else has said, you can’t actually get past the QR code reading registration if you have already registered

Unable to use as the app doesn’t recognise the QR code. A waste of time! New Motion continue to be second rate.

Already registered online. App requires registration again and will not progress past the qr code stage. Pointless

Just had my charge point installed but this app will not read the QR code and says I’m a “bad nonce” - why so offence? I can register the charge point via the interweb but that doesn’t give me the ability to control the charge point. I thought Newmotion were supposed to be leaders in this game. I should have bought a myenergi zappi 🤦🏼‍♂️ Further to the above. The developers don’t bother reaching out to answer the bad reviews, to offer advice on how to overcome this issue. Very, very poor.

Not able to use the app at all because it can’t read the QR code

As the other reviewer points out, the app won’t even run because it cannot read the QR code. I also thought it was because it’s been placed on a curved surface. Because I don’t like to be beaten by things I recreated the QR code quite quickly in Excel, but again the app wouldn’t read the code. It’s also difficult to see what the error was as it was hidden underneath the iPhone app swipe bar at the bottom of the screen. But with a bit of careful app switching I could make out the error which says ‘ERROR: bad nonce size’... Well that’s a new one to me, I thought a nonce was someone who liked to hang around kids playgrounds, but it obviously means something else in the world of IT....
