App doesn’t work
Since months ago the app doesn’t work when I open the app and after loading, automatically redirect me to send an email to support. Please fix the issue!!

People from Chuango, why don’t you mention clearly that this app is for H4 Plus only and not for H4 ??? I have spent hours to get this working with my H4 - of course without success.
Nada más ponerla empezó a enviar notificaciones... después desapareció mi correo electrónico y dejo de enviarlas y es imposible volver a configurarlo... da un error de “red inaccesible “. También tengo una sirena inalámbrica conectada y aunque tengo configurado que suenen los pitidos de armar y desarmar.... no lo hace 😡.... alguien sabe por que???

I am not able to change the language. It is in danish, and I can’t understand the App! When will you fix this?
I Can’t change the language. It’s only in Danish.
Cant change It back to english or spanish.
There’s a major issue regarding language of the app. I’ve downloaded the app from Spain in two different Iphones but the only language showed is Danish (my mobiles are set in Spain region. I tried to download the app changing the region to USA with the same result of an app in Danish language). I have contacted the support service without answer or solution to this issue.
