Update issues
Latest update changes language to Chinese. Any idea how to make it English?

Not working anymore!
Since last update, the app is not working anymore! Will developers sort it out?
No longer works
Since the IOS update 18.0 the app does not record. Its crashed.
Offline
Set camera up in our holiday home in Italy . Back in uk now and the camera says offline. There in no help line in the app or online
Will not send you a push notification anymore
Since it has had one of its updates you cannot receive push updates anymore, the whole purpose is defeated, but yet it worked for about a year previously, please help
Camera
Camera connects to network but when you click live black screen with circle going round and round. Doesn’t connect to the camera
Update fail
Since the new update, this app constantly crashes as soon as you turn volume on. The sound no longer works either just a noise. Please fix this bug
Stable now
This is stable now, and recording works good. Would it be possible to keep a log of who logs in with IP address too and also can you change it so that the password is not visible in device name menu. I could really do with password hidden.
Very poor app
Sometimes you wonder why they write apps that are so poor.Trouble is that the cameras that use this app don’t use any other app as far as I can see. When this app goes the cameras will be useless. Actually both the app and cameras are pretty useless. Inconsistent recording, continual changes in the settings, disconnect from the Wi-Fi for no apparent reason, inability to download files et cetera et cetera.
Camera does not work
What is this rubbish. Re update I update and now my camera doesn’t even work..!!! Please fix asap..!!
