Very bad experience
Asking for login even I entered proper credentials.
Worst finance company ever
Worst finance company ever …they promise for low interest rate and end up with high interest rate and then keep on increasing…paying almost 25k every month for whole 3years and then i see only 11k goes from principle amount.because sometimes the principle amount is 816 sometimes 203 and sometime 1028 ..its their wish …so wonderful way to lootify people. My biggest regret to take this loan. And my sincere advice never go for this finance company. And specially its your log in id and you have to place a request to view your outstanding and they will only send it once if we ask for second time the request gets cancelled automatically.
Updation
The app show case late every thing. I have made payment through cheque on Monday and it’s next Monday the payment is not updated. 😕

third class application and third class bank services this is only on for him profite maker finance company no any support from their represantative no customer care services i recommanded to all pls dont take it loan from this type bank
Document request process is very poor

Introduced a feature to check the loan balance. That can be viewed only after two hours. Either it should be shown immediately or to be sent to loan holder mail or phone number.
No response from bank
Dear sir /Madam , Already i raise a request for insurance documents but request is closed reason with duplicate by bank.and I received a call from bank and said we will intimate you in 2days ..but till date I didn’t get any answer from your side..and i have small question ,my request was not resolved why your closed the request and wrote remark duplicate.
Please do not take loan
I request you guys whatever trouble u r in please do not take loan from these guys, they are huge rip off, highest interest rates in the market, worst customer care service from the loan staff, they will tell they will get back to you and they never will and for the waiting they charge u interest for that. Kindly do not take from these worst company.
