I could not download the app because the app isn’t available for my Samsung s23, it was made for older android version of android. That what it says when I tried to download it

I’m very pleased with the air conditioner. My only concern is that the thermostat on the actual air conditioner is too sensitive and immediately recognizes the temperature that you programmed it to and it shuts off the machine. You have to use the remote if you want to establish the temperature in the room

Needs updated to be able to turn Eco mode on and off its very frustrating that it can’t be done. And the temperature time line doesn’t work at all (IOS DEVICE)

Very energy efficient! Works beautifully! Very pleased! Definitely worth it!

It used to be a fine, very bear bones, remote that was missing features that the physical remote had but it worked. Nowadays, we’ve lost features history tracking? Oh that’s gone now. Do you want automations to change the temperature at a certain time? That’s too bad for you. It’s a shame that this app went from just ok to actually just devolving into an app you look to see that your ac is on at the correct Temperature and nothing more.

A lot of the features are buggy or just don’t work. Temperature timeline doesn’t work at all. It’ll flash the number but disappears before you can even read it. Disappointed that the app can’t control the eco mode since eco mode will bypass anything you try to do with the app anyways. Also don’t like that you cannot choose the fan speed when using the dry setting on humid days. All in all the app could really use an overhaul.

The air conditioner itself is great. However, I am unable to turn off “eco” mode via the app. This is frustrating on super hot days when I would like to adjust the temperature before I get home.

Aside from the lack of effort put into this app, it’s genuinely disappointing that the functionality in the app is LESS than what the standard remote can do. Sometimes I want my room to be really cold when I get home from work, the only way I can do that is by shutting off eco mode. Since I can’t change it on the app my air cycles on and off never getting down to my desired temperature. Please fix this with an update.
