Wish it had a feature for other people on the account. I have to text my husband for the code every time I log into mobile app

Maybe it’s time for an update?! Crashes or freezes constantly. Have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times.

Worst app I’ve ever seen. Login does not work. Continually sends you back to the login screen after logging in. Starting to regret depositing money here. Fortunately I can login from Homelands website, just not from the app.

I love this app! However, it has been giving me fits lately and really irritating me. Half the time, anymore, it won’t let me in. It says something about not being available at this time. This has been happening a lot more for about 6 months now. On a side note, I hate how quickly it will log me out. I flip between this app and my checkbook app to balance all accounts daily. However, the security feature it provides is nice.

This app is horrible. Only works right about half the time if you’re lucky.

The site is often “unavailable”. The options are few. Truly the worst website I’ve ever used. I’ve considered changing banks because I need to utilize on line banking frequently.

Very rarely can I look into this app to see an accurate account balance. It often takes days or sometimes up to a week for a charge to reflect on the app. From a large bill, to a trip to the corner store. The most unreliable banking app I’ve ever used. I do not recommend to anyone. Your Money is too important.

Recently worked with Heather Irwin and she was AMAZING. My transaction was flawless with no stress. Member since 1977. Love Homeland!

I really wish the app would get fixed. I haven’t been able to access my account in weeks.

I was a regular user of the Homeland app and never had issues with it. I'm very disappointed that the latest version requires iOS 11 and is no longer compatible with my mobile device.
