POD died after three years
One of nine pods died after three years of use. Plume was disinterested in helping in any way. Just kept repeating that it was out of warranty. Frustrating.

This app is literally completely unusable. There’s some kind of bug that prevents the app from ever getting passed sign in, even though my username and password are correct. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling along with changing my password. It simply does not work
Says my Wi-Fi is running 400-600 mbps but it’s actually running 30
cannot add widgets anymore now that my device is updated to the lastest version os iOS. Please fix and i will update my rating
Lots of great features and simple design, but App needs some cleaning up. “Enter password” and “open with email” will always default to sending an email to sign in. There’s a glitch where “view network” will ALWAYS sign me out. And for devices where I’m physically closer to the router, it will still show I’m connected to my access point in the room farther away from me. Otherwise, lots of dropping connections even for paying for 1000mb service. Very poor service.
App never works or loads, always problems. Smart Things is better but doesn’t have all the features this one has but the app just stays on home and never loads up
App shows devices that aren’t connected and Plumes are always going in and out. We have Inter Mountain Cable Plumes.
I used to love this app and the Plume service. One of the reasons was the notifications I received when family members left or arrived home. In recent weeks, inexplicably, notifications are delayed by 3 to 5 hours after the fact. This is useless when trying to keep track of family comings and goings. I have two tickets open with no resolution. It’s been weeks now and they’re unresponsive to follow up. It’s maddening. Support used to be top notch. Now they’ve outsourced overseas and like every other company that does this, the service suffers. If you would have asked my opinion a year ago, I would have said hands down Plume HomePass is the best. I will now tell you to look elsewhere.
Generally functional app, but it is often really slow to show any info.
Hi people! Is your app hacked? The layout options disappeared, the guard features in where I can chose to enable security option have also disappeared. My password was changed, too. What’s happening? I am through an internet provider , but the app is yours!
