With the new update it never works. The only page of the app that works is the tickets. Everything else just has a loading screen and you can sit there for an hour and it won’t do anything but load.

The new app release looks incredible. I look forward to using the next time I’m in the arena. Well done!
App UI/UX
The app is not user friendly. Ex.: you think you’re in the area to order food but all it is ads for the different concession stands. Not sure why you can’t combine it into one location. Why make us specifically go to another location to order. Too many clicks to get to ordering food.
Horrible app
FYI using Iphone 13pro max IOS 16.2. App is very unresponsive. Have to touch buttons/options like a 1985 video game. Even if you touch the right spot and it responds. It puts something else. Chose 228 by me and it put in 217. Other side of the F-ing arena. Had to walk all the way around the arena missing 10 min of game. Not the fist time. Has not worked since day one this season. You clearly dont listen to people. Also missing 3000 points of merch/ concessions purchase points. All IT people in charge of this app need to be FIRED. Clearly incompetent Most likely born after 2000. Who did you payoff to block reading reviews if you already have the app??? Unable to see any of the 200+ reviews.
