This is by far the best fitness app I’ve encountered. There’s a variety of classes that includes everything from strength to flexibility to meditation and mindfulness. It’s truly life changing and is one of my favorite parts of the day. You can cater your own calendar or follow the one Amina set for the month depending on what you need. What’s different about this app is that the community it has created. It feels like a big group of friends. We connect, do challenges and watch our progress together. Amina is also always present to answer questions, motivate and inspire us. Truly worth every penny!

Honey Studio is the perfect place to become in tune with yourself, a beautiful community, and principles of movement! 💛 Amina has provided a wide variety of videos from mindfulness meditation, proper splits, back bends, poses, etc. she has also created a community thread where all can share progress, ongoings, and support.
