完全无法使用，也没有tech support。经常莫名其妙就没办法登陆了，然后所有页面都是空白。

最差的服务 没有之一！买了很多次 一开始出现丢快递没太关注 5单丢2个…你当我买盲盒呢啊 笑死 极低效率 快递1个月都到不了 包裹直接丢失了…退款退一周也没退完

烂的要死，所有特价的东西都是提高价格后再打折还是原价卖个客人，抽个奖都是50，51，52，不能再高了，垃圾小红mall
