Great marketplace although can improve more, its the first step for new collectors

Been using it and selling here for a while, straight up i got the issue of the app is not fully optimised. Its a ticking bom Basically whenever i open this app it just going to crash regardless soon or later. The app is so heavy to point my phone is so heated up and just hang/lag for few minutes. I hope dev team could fix this up asap and improve on the app. Im so gassed that malaysia finally have their own tcg marketplace app, credits due whre its due but as a hobbiest in the community i think i need to voice it out to make this app better and to ensure new comers will enjoy the hobby! 👍🏻 big thanks to hoopi for making buy and sell collectibles easier!

withdraw payment take to long

The apps is good. but as a seller in this app, Customer service taking a long time to reply.. Payment withdrawal also take a long period. In summary, the process take time for me . Maybe you can change the period time for paying for order, accepted order, payment withdrawal, shipping order.

I've been using Hoopi for a while and see great potential in it. However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement: 1. **Seller’s Ability to Cancel Orders (Unpaid and Paid):** Sellers often list items on multiple marketplaces, leading to double orders when an item sells elsewhere. Currently, sellers can't cancel orders, even for unpaid or paid transactions, creating unnecessary complications. Adding this feature, similar to what platforms like Shopee and eBay offer, would greatly improve flexibility for sellers and ensure smoother transactions for buyers. 2. **Browsing Performance Issues:** The browsing experience is often laggy, buggy, and prone to crashes. These issues disrupt the shopping experience and discourage users from fully exploring the platform. A more stable and responsive interface would significantly enhance usability. Looking forward to seeing these improvements in future updates!

Sell Sell Sell

Bidding site always problem. Cannot bid when its 1 minute left. Always pop up “Network problem” while im sitting next to 500mb router. Very slow and problematic. Not recommended for seller to sell/bid stuff in this platform

Too many bugs and crash when scrolling

Glad to know theres a local platform that caters for malaysian tcg scene. Works but theres tons of usability issues. Some buttons are not properly decided in terms of placement that leads to much confusion. There are also data display issues. The “box” feature seems half baked and straight up selling unwanted graded slabs except if you’re lucky.
