La App promete, la información se introduce fácilmente, es amigable y los informes parecen de gran calidad, pero.....se cuelga constantemente...si eso pasa en un IPad Pro no quiero pensar como será en equipos más antiguos. No obstante, me ha gustado tanto que no la desinstalaré para ver si nuevas versiones corrigen el problema....
Purchased the app, paid for the subscription, they suspended my account, no explanation whatsoever, I have left several emails, chat support won’t let me message them and they don’t answer phone calls. 4 months later they still have the audacity to keep billing my card. Apple should remove them from the store.
This is far more complex then it needs to be. Requires far more information then I have/need at the U12 level. I’m just trying to track easy stats for my team. I selected 7 stats, the tracker shows 8 stats and missing one that I selected.
The look and potential is there. But it is very difficult to use both on the coach and fan end. I have yet to see stats as a fan, and we have had to start over because of lost rosters more than once in 6 games so far this year.
The demo is great. Then you log in and the bugs kick in. Customer service is absent. They took my money and I got nothing from it. Do not waste you money!
Paid $99 dollars for full version but I can’t verify my account through the app or on there website, it just shows a refreshing image. There live 24/7 chat that comes with the paid subscription doesn’t work. Now I have no way of getting a refund or talking to any one! Do not waste your time this is a complete scam.
It’s incredibly glitchy. The entire game I tried to do stats and throughout the game it would sometimes just close the app for no reason. I want a refund.
App is extremely buggy but when I can finally get it to work it’s alright.
Love the app. I use it for my team, but the new iOS 16 update for iPads has caused some glitches where the app crashes and the official game report cannot be read fully. Also, it doesn’t show blocks.
Really like the features other than difficulty editing stats in game but trying to get in touch with support is a lost cause. I’m interested in purchasing but with the high price and non existent support contact, I’m very weary of spending that kind of money….
