Great help with your regular charging needs.

Seems that their fleet of charging vehicles is insufficient to give coverage in the booked timings, twice it has happened to me that the person went without completing the charging for the package I have paid for.. The customer care is such a useless, they tell me to get the pending charge next time…Is it a joke…they are not charging beyond 80% n they want me to reduce my charge to below 5-7% before calling them next time, so that they would provide extra charge…it’s ridiculous.

Can be used as one off solution but can’t be used for daily charging requirements. as per sales team within 2 hrs slot can be booked but actually you have to book at least 12 hours in advance for your slot booking. Also they have internal capping of charging upto 80%, it should be increased upto 90 or 95%.

Must have service for EV car owners in NCR. Extremely supportive staff and top quality service! Kudos to the team - Hem, Jitender Ji, Harish Ji and all!

Hopcharge has come a long way and is indeed the need of the hour for us EV users. On demand charging has never been this smooth. Much recommended for fellow EVians They do go an extra mile with their service and support

If you dont have charging station at home , its must have app for you .This app saves lot of time . This app provides on door charging at ecnomical price .

It is simply majestic Right now operative in Delhi NCR But i would request you to please provide chargers in other areas as well Say Delhi to Chandigarh Route (1 or 2 chargers) Or any other routes (after feasibility study) We can go in long distances with the comfort of your app. Right now fast chargers are not reliable as when we reach the charging outlet, there might be a power failure or charger not working But not anymore atleast in Delhi NCR 😀 Hip Hip Hopcharge Cheers
