It took from my card 10€ with 10€ for two rides that cost: 4.25, and 1,20. The app said that they will refund the rest , not only that they did not refund my rest from those 20€, they took again the next day 4,25 plus 1,20 in my addition to those 20.

It is very hard to use the hopp bike, it is not really functioning in the snow, what usually takes me 5 minutes took me 20 minutes and it was not a pleasent trip with all the complications
