Bad UX, even worse Customer Care
Why deploy this app when your basics are not even fixed ? Restaurants don’t get delivery people sent, no tracking options appear in some orders. Everytime you contact customer care it’s always the same answer “we will check with the CEO”. It’s such a bad CX and not worth it at all. Uninstalling right away.

App keeps hanging & shuts down from time to time. Also you provide points on the app each time we scratch but what’s the purpose of those points when the same cannot be utilised as cash discount on the app. You’d rather cancel the process of it all.
UI is great but UX is terrible.
Difficult to use and understand, especially for someone who’s using it for first time.
