Horizon Bank

The new updated app has the quick balance function same as old app, but new one doesn’t work, you can set which account you want to use as a quick balance, but to get it accurate you have to log in which defeats the purpose.

The app seems to run very slowly (as does the web page) and it’s not very intuitive. Choice of wording the functionalities aren’t very obvious for what they do. It used to be so much better.

Biggest problem is minimal support for 2 to sign transfers. I can start a transfer but the other signatory can’t authorise it. What use is that for a business Who thought it was a good idea to put the OK button next to the logout button? When you do logout you see the same home page of buttons as when you’re logged in

It was better before, a horrible design and why is there still no 4 digit pin to log in?!?

This app is awesome. I'm able to access my online banking anywhere. It uses maps to show me where my closest branch is and Rediatm. It has lots of info about Horizon's products and services. I was able to personalise it with a photo. Stoked!

This app has plenty of info & is very easy to navigate.

This app is so good. I can look up my balances when I'm out shopping & transfer money instantly. Or I can find the nearest atm or branch if I need to get cash out. Love how you can personalise the app with a photo too!
