Horizon Leisure Centres

I enjoyed most of the classes at the horizon, great way to work out with variety of exercises and great music and staff are so friendly and helpful.

This app is useless for my iPhonr. Cannot even register as it won’t let me accept cookies

Just joined and had to go in because I couldn’t use the app to book classes. After a huge faff I still can’t get it to work

The app is unusable due to the fact I cannot log in. I understand that it is my fault for forgetting the password I used over a year ago for my membership but not having a “Password Reset” option is ridiculous

Their is a bug in the application, whereby, I receive an email to advise that space is available for a certain swimming lane but the application has not updated to show that space is available. I have to call the Leisure Centre to confirm that space is available and book over the phone. Currently using v5.112(506900). Otherwise a good application for remote booking.

Front end of the app looks lovely, but every week I struggle with the non mobile responsive nature of the payment page. It’s a very simple update to fix, but they’ve seemingly forgotten about the clunky bit where you need to pick your card type and manually type in all card and address info. Should have Apple Pay options with easy to use mobile friendly interface. And for goodness sake stop offering me Algeria or Brazil for ‘locations’ when confirming I’m in the UK!

I get up to date information and can navigate around really easily. Jfromhavant

Thank you for keeping the centre so clean (showers and changing area particularly) all of the staff are very friendly and polite! I have been using the pool for many years and although I find it a very cold pool l love to swim and l come 3 times a week! I would recommend the centre to everyone!

The new app is awful I have to log in every time I use it, and booking the creche it logs me Out every time I book a single creche slot, very time consuming Not impressed

App is brilliant to book and cancel classes But still waiting on why I can’t see times to book the crèche 🙁. Tried 4 different iPhones and iPads but all have the same issue . Any help on fixing this problem would be great 👍
