Lost all ability to assess the menu when on a call, can’t transfer, speaker or even end the call

This app is really pointless if you are working remotely as it only works on Wi-Fi and is useless using 4G/5G

If I did not have to use it for work it would not be on my phone. It is not possible to add work contacts to the app directory, that is crazy

This COLLABORATION mobile app has flaws. History screen does not allow deletion of any calls. The screen does not seem to automatically refresh, so missed calls are not displayed, unless you regularly refresh the screen, which means you do not quickly respond. Emergencies have to wait. The last version was perfect, but is no longer supported, so any probs and you have to upgrade to the new flawed version. Not happy.

Terrible app always stops and freezes

Does not work with AirPod earbuds, when answering a call it can be ten seconds before the call is connected, the speakerphone option does not always work, it’s a horrible process to try and transfer someone, you now need a password to access voicemails and the do not disturb function works does not always work. That’s all I can think of at the moment. The last app had its issues but this update is absolutely horrible.

This app is horrendous. Never have I had such a negative experience with any app in my life. It doesn’t allow you to answer calls on time, it hangs up calls randomly and seems to decide when it wants to work. It has ruined my working from home experience. I have complained to the company and nothing has been done. As soon as I get the opportunity to use a different app I will be DONE with Horizon. The sun will be setting on horizon very soon. Hopefully sooner than later 😡

Much preferred the old app! My voicemail password has never been accepted since we were given this tool as a business, the old app didn’t need a password so I could listen & delete messages. You can’t clear call log which is very annoying & it’s just harder to navigate, when I answer a call I can’t always find the ‘speaker’ option

Worst network, can never hear the conversation!!

All internal received calls have no sound from the caller. External is fine ! Please fix
