No guidance on password requirements. No facility to use a password app. Trying to sign up in poorly lit car park with weak phone signal was a nightmare. Ended up having to use the pay and display machine, which was as user unfriendly as the app.

Have to create a new account to use the app and it states “details are incorrect” over and over. The app was unusable. Don’t bother with this App/company, park anywhere else. They probably sell your data anyway!

Tried for 40 mins to pay via the app which I have, get freezing, stalling etc, various reasons for not working, finally managed to get sorted and verify payment via my bank and was saying 0.00 amount to pay which was obviously wrong. Checked back on parking app, sure it said £2.10 went back again to verify 0.00 to pay on bank app. By the time I HADNT managed to pay I couldn’t even input the correct arrival time anymore. What a absolute pain and now nearly an hour in the car park trying.

Not sure why we need yet another parking app. But the onboarding experience is a nightmare with no wallet integration and errors when trying to add a card.

Cannot create account. Simply get a message saying ‘data is wrong’ but doesn’t say which data is wrong. How you are supposed to pay for parking like this I have no idea.

The worst parking app I’ve used. One big problem is that you don’t get a reminder when your session is about to expire. Then my payment card details were deleted for some unknown reason. When I tried to put them back I was told the expiry date was invalid - it isn’t. I tried another card and got the same message. Since the app doesn’t use Apple Pay or PayPal it’s useless now.

Downloaded the app to pay for parking in Great Yarmouth on site £1 for 2 hours on app £3 for 2 hours What a joke!! Avoid and check pricing as this company is ripping people off

A brand new machine that didn’t take card payments because it was faulty and gave no change for cash. When I tried the ‘pay online’ option the price went from 40p up to £5! (not including the 25p booking fee they wanted). Needless to say I had to head back to the shops to get some cash (remember that stuff?) in order to pay for parking and avoid the £85 penalty. So annoying that these things don’t work as they should. How do these folk get these jobs? If I was as incompetent as the people who operate Horizon Parking, I’d be sacked!

No confirmation that booking was successful meant I paid three times for the same session. No ability to cancel a duplicate booking.

What a complete failure. No help. Can’t add my vehicle. Login is different from the same company’s website. App doesn’t give a hint about password requirements. Then they have the temerity to add a service fee to the booking. What a complete load of sharks.
