Firstly, allowing only one free user is a rip off when you’ve paid £6,000 for a door. I paid for one key so my wife could have it on her phone. Despite following all the instructions and online advice it never worked. No refund or support. Instructions are dire. They seem to think everyone has an engineering Phd!

What a great app, scanned the barcode on the door motor and within seconds everything works from my phone. Couldn’t be easier to use.

First mobile worked easily, second won’t at all.

Having worked for a few months the app now just opens at a page called ‘teach in’? and says no devices registered. When I scan the QR as requested on the operator unit it says it requires a reset on program 19? No customer support except an email address.

Control unit failed during first year. New unit fitted very promptly by installer Richard Churchill, excellent customer service.

Created an account, added a key and every time I closed the app I had to log in again. Waiting outside the garage door for ages for it to say no signal. Now it’s saying I have to do a full factory reset of the unit which took ages to set up the door and keys and app. Not happy this should be straight forward. Also £8.99 for additional users.

The Bluetooth range for operating the door is far too short

Quite fiddly to use with small buttons for easy use in a rush. Also the Apple Watch app doesn’t open but crashes on launch.

This would be a great feature to the app if you could have an app on Apple CarPlay. No need to get keys or phone out, just open the app on the car. Easy.
