Pls fix. Also, make it easy for the owners to book their own dates if it’s managed by agents.

The Hospitable infrastructure is offline a lot and the app freezes and crashes, impacting bookings and management of clients. Not great.

My business runs a lot smoother with this app.

As with every app that goes through its paces this one has too. The DEV team at Hospitable is definitely one that works hard to integrate every single request and tweak every single bug fix that is needed for the end-user. Been on this platform and have seen the great updates. Hospitable makes every customer feel important and heard unlike numerous others in the same space. Love all the amenities and wouldn’t use another app for our STR company. The Cabin Fairy loves Hospitable!

I’m going to cancel soon. Constant Glitches, constant account sign outs, deletion of app to get unfroze in booking engines, no customer for days. I have 20+ properties but refuse to plug most because it’s a headache :(

So annoying when it decides to malfunction. I wish I could post screenshots because it literally is useless. Just opens some random list and doesn’t let you navigate the app at ALL.

It just a skinned version of the website with reduced functionality. No push notifications. Support is 2+ days, and updates happen mid day…. If the app is up.

Font size is very small making it unbearable to use. Functionality and ease of use is very good

This is by far the easiest app to manage short term rentals
