Prices are only in American, plus it only shows locations in the usa. While I live in Canada? What’s the point of the app if you can’t even use it lol

Where do I even start? This app is so bad to try and order online I might as well get a carrier pigeon to take my money to the store so I can pay for my stuff that way. It’s glitchy, buggy and keeps declining my prepaid card that I JUST got DO NOT order on this app it’ll end with a headache and a waste of your time.

The points don’t give as much as they say y have but great employees

Kidding! But it feels that way. I once placed an order and my shipping cost was $100USD. Meanwhile Torrid, Dolls Kill and other comparable US sites have flat rate shipping to Canada and sometimes even free shipping if you buy a certain amount. Also there is always an “error fetching [my] Wishlist.” This all sucks because I love their products.

Would give 0 if I could, impossible to order for Canada! So dumb! It says you can order outside of the US but it doesn’t let you use gift cards even though it’s stated ON THE BACK OF THE GIFT CARD
