保存进度
希望游戏商可以有更好的更新，我使用ipad平板来玩游戏，之后用了Facebook来保存进度。但之后当我想用电话来继续玩这款游戏，却进不了之前已保存过进度的游戏。因此我还浪费时间玩了两次重新开始的关卡，也一样用facebook来保存进度 却还是进不了以前玩过的，希望可以更新，可以直接让我们facebook/email/其他社交软件保存进度后，如果换了手机或其他电子产品可以让我们直接登入来继续玩之前的游戏。而不是浪费时间还要重新开始新的关卡。谢谢

i already purchased VIP ticket for gems but didnt get it. At my transaction its already successful.
Is there a new hotel?
It says that update 1.0.60 is going to have a new hotel. But I can’t find it anywhere. I tried closing & reopening the apps and also restarting the ipad but still don’t see this “new hotel”. Was really looking forward to a new hotel

Suggestions
I love this game, I also agree that to update the things the gems are pretty high, got once I’ve been stuck at the level for like weeks. But luckily there are daily rewards to help me. However, the guy who runs the errands run too slow, even if I upgrade too the max, the guy still run very slow. If possible can we also upgrade the speed of the guy too.
Upgrade and gems
So many gems to upgrade 1 item in shop. Even if you’ve upgraded all items in shop still need to use boosts to finish level than can go to the next level/hotel. Deleting it soon.
Good game but upgrade an issue
Good game with coordination. But downfall of the game is the upgrade. Need alot of gems in order to do so. If not you wont get nowhere. Suggestion that the extra money/coins can be converted to gems with certain amount. Its not easy to get gems and impossible to move forward with upgrades. Thanks
Too many ads
Is a good game but too many ads even didn’t click for ads award. Very ignoring even can close after 5 seconds but 98% most of the time after finish a level will have a ads

good game but all the upgrades require too much gems and if u dont upgrade youre stuck forever zzz
