“Reward granted in….” ads don’t work
i love the game. but every type of ad that says “ reward granted in…” on a white background means the ad will freeze with no reward at the end. have to restart game then. so frustrating!

So fun! This game keeps me on my iPad for hours!
Can’t start over after completing it
I really liked this game until I couldn’t restart/reset it from the beginning. There is no option in the settings to reset and I tried completely removing it from my phone and re downloading it but it started right where I left off. I tried the contact us option in the app but have not been contacted back.

Great game if you’re willing to pay
This would be an amazing game, if the prizes were MORE DIAMONDS! They start you off with the easy games and ask you to rate it from the easy games. Keep playing, I always end up uninstalling by the 3rd hotel. I’m out about $100 from buying diamonds just to pass one level. They make it where you either have to watch an advertisement for a second chance, but makes it impossible to pass even with the second chance, to then you have to use your diamonds to pass the level (30 diamonds). And after you pass those 5 levels, your gift. . . . . . . . (3 Diamonds). So, not worth the stress of unable to pass levels and spending money for hours wasted.
Great game but ads aren’t working well
The game is fun and has great graphics. However, many of the ads have an error and you can watch and wait for the timer to end but it doesn’t allow you to close the ad so you don’t get credit. The only way out of the ad is to force the game to close then restart. It’s very frustrating!
Fun game, but….
When watching the videos to get more diamonds, or to get another chance to move to the next level, the videos get “stuck” and you can’t close them or it freezes. But it’s a fun game and very addicting 😊
