Every time I open up the app it doesn’t show anything on my screen is there a reason behind it ??

Used this app for years because of how informing it was. Then all of a sudden SIX months ago, it just stopped working on the app. Like how long does it take to fix whatever’s wrong in the app? Get your stuff together hnhh.

i want to use this app but when i open it it doesn't do anything just a blank page

I used to love this app but then it went down. I even reached out to their support team via email and they recommended me to use their website, which isn’t as convenient as the app itself. No give ETA on the fix/update for their app. It’s literally been almost a year.

I don’t know what’s going on with this app, but it just doesn’t work. It won’t load anything.

Can we get an update to the app? It’s bugging out and won’t let me get anywhere on the app.
