Hotspot makes everything feel simpler. I trust my friends’ reviews of places and I can so easily see what they liked / what I would prob enjoy! Don’t have to text them or bother them when I can see their hotspots. The hotbot (their AI chatbot) is amazing. I’m excited for more people to use the app in SF so the answers get better.

This is so cool!! Not only its a premium version of google maps but a way more legit one bcs keeps u up to date w the local top spots

Explored this app but there wasn’t much going on

At one point, this was my favorite app on my phone. The new UX release has made it unusable. Do not be fooled by the beautiful screenshots on the iOS store - the new map is a tacky, emoji-filled mess. I would have thought this was an April Fool’s prank, but it’s July… I’m seriously considering switching to a different app. Please - I am begging you - bring back the old map. I am one of your biggest fans, and hope to remain that way.

Awesome app, easy to navigate and share locations while meeting new friends

i actually genuinely like and use this app, it’s great to keep track of my favorite restaurants and clubs for my home town, next time i visit a vacation spot, and to tell my friends and fellow hotspot users about it too

The UI is beautiful! Love the app. Here are some suggestions for improvement: - The ability to view only certain categories at a time (bars, attractions, hotels). Maybe do tags like the Mapstr app? Another idea is the ability to create multiple maps. For example, I’d like to see a map where I only see restaurants. - I’m a huge traveler and want to be able to view my hotspots based on city / country as well. I move back and forth between states so I don’t want both cities hotspots to be cluttered together on the same list. - The ability to edit categories would be nice, especially since some of my hotspots are categorized incorrectly. I have a hotspot that is incorrectly labelled as a restaurant. It would be nice to change that. Thanks for making a great app, and I look forward to more features and updates!

Having Hotspot on your phone is like having a super power. The visit notifications make it super easy to save new hotspots as you leave and I can see all my friends favorite places and find new places to go. Hotspot is great for food, but also bars and cool stores as well.
