They never respond back to your email or anything I bought a kurta returned if and still waiting for the refund they did not replied to my mail even once after the pick up til date … i have no clue how and when the refund be done … i wasted my money here … the quality is not so good … in 3000rs i could have got a better thing in Lucknow itself…. Unnecessarily high prices plus

If you won’t make purchase to the entire refund coupon amount on your next order your balance will be collapsed.

Be careful while purchasing something from this website. They won’t give the refund for almost a month even if it’s size issue. Not recommended as they don’t have any customer care facility except mails. So you can’t help yourself much in getting back the refund

Chikankari work of HOC is amazing. The kurtis are all excellently made, the craft work looks good. Happy customer so far.
