If you need an app for services or contractors I’m sure this is great. But I got it hoping all the home info I put online would be available on the app. It is not — service reminders, home specifications, etc are only available to view online.

I submitted a request for roof and eave cleaning (on a Sunday) via the app and it was a very smooth process. A Concierge got back to me the next day and the service was completed within a few days!!! I loved being able to book these services through the app—made it super easy for me.

I successfully booked a deep cleaning of my condo via Househappy and was pleased at the ease of use and quality of service. I really like that they take care of the tedious part of sourcing vendors for your home. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this service. I tried to schedule services and it took longer than just calling local pros on my own.
