I enjoyed using this app however the latest update wiped my several months logged spendings :( I’d also like to suggest to not limit the name of new category creation to only 8 letters. Thank you!

Thanks for recovering the past data. Would like to raise few suggestions: 1) Enable users to sync/import data so that past data can be retrieved in the case of app error or device change 2) Add more icons for category 3) Enable longer name for category (8 letters are not enough for a lot of categories such as “allowance” “investment” “transport” etc)

My previous data gone and it started from the day 1 after updating the app

App is good to use before update BUT… …after update this app, the data history all gone missing! So what is the purpose I update? After 2years use, and today I updated, all data are gone. I decided to uninstall. Yes UNINSTALL

After update latest version, all history gone

I have being using the applications for years since I start working. And now they force the new update and all history and entry missing. :(

After update, all history record gone! Anyway to retrieve it? 😭😭

after updating the app, which is so sudden since i’ve been using this app for almost a year and there was no need for an app update??? but today i wanted to fill in my daily account and couldn’t open the app then i went to app store and see that it needs to be updated. After update all my account history are gone and i can’t retrieve them back no matter how i tried !!! this app is cute and all but i’m so disappointed by this :”/
