Love this app , everything I need I get all the news perfect

Even when you have selected weather notifications only, the app still sends alerts multiple times a day for non- weather related news. Also, when a weather event/alert does come through, prompting you to watch the “important “ live stream, you get a 30 second commercial before you can watch the live stream. No thanks.

The notifications you send help keep me informed. Your home page is very easy to navigate.

Popups make it impossible to use

I love my neighbors at Channel 11 KHOU, who will always inform you the best news in the world. They keep you in form from the weather and who to watch out for. I remember long time ago as a teenager Channel 11 would always give a how to drive politely and show demonstrations of what not to do be a good driver and a safe driver. I remember when Channel 11 used to say it’s 10 o’clock where are your children but that was a time when we had to be home before the street lights came on I was raised on Channel 11 from my parents. I am now almost 70 years old and all I know is Channel 11.

Thank you for your updates that began immediately after the derecho storm 5/16/24. I have used this app for almost 2 years now. It’s gotten better but still needs work. It crashes too much. And I would like to see faster updates to the news. I go into the site and it’s the same news from yesterday. The weather especially needs to be updated faster.
