I got an email saying this app has been “re-launched,” but it seems to be the same app as before, complete with the inability to sign in.

I've successfully used libby for a while but this Houston public library app is terrible. it's asked me to login twice and I found an audiobook and it tells me it's ready in the libby app -- but I can't find it...it says it's also available in hoopla-- but I can't find it. It says I can listen thru a browser -- if I login again -- and for the login process, it asks for a pin, but it really means a password. Too much mess -- deleting the app.

App stopped working in November, still not fixed.

I have found this app decently functional for several years. For the last few weeks, though, it has not been updating my Holds—it shows my place in line, even though I already checked out and returned both titles. When I click on the titles, I get an error message. I finally decided to delete the app and download it anew, but now I can’t even log in to the new download because it says it’s unable to connect to the server. Hope it gets resolved soon!

It keeps giving me the error that can’t connect to server. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, nothing worked.

App hasn’t loaded since last IOS update.

First, the app is great (aside from a LOT of bugs). Recently, my checkouts AND holds have not been showing up, and now I can’t read the books I have checked out or check in on holds.

City of Houston public libraries aren’t a good place to go to now a days. Stick to private corporations and non-profit organizations.

The UI in this app is pretty much the laundry list of bad ideas from mobile UX in the past 10 years. Please simplify, flatten the hierarchy, and make things more discoverable.
