It has a lot of bugs and the online or phone customer service is non responsive

I have tried countless times to create a profile on the app to access my tickets. It hasn’t allowed me to make the account which may result in me missing the game. Awful service.

I really love my hometown team and we have a solid coaching staff and we have been playing solid all Season long!

My tickets are not showing on the mobile app, but are showing on my computer.

Purchased tickets show up but then they are gone. I have to delete app and log back in to see them. The next time I go in they are gone again. It’s a vicious and frustrating circle.

Sincerely, this is the worst app on my phone. It's like a half-finished coding bootcamp project that tens of thousands of people ate told they *must* use on a regular basis. And while I only have to use it a couple times per year (to get into games), each time is a disaster. At the time of writing this, I've tried every trick I can think of to view tickets *I've already purchased*, and still, the "Tickets" screen crashes immediately upon opening. The logout doesn't work, so the only way to reset and try again is to completely delete the app. Oh, and if you touch the "Home" screen in the wrong place (a round button at the bottom of the screen), a modal pops up that says "No errors logged", and there's no way to close it. Amateur Hour.

Literally the worst app I have ever used. Can see my tickets. The screen is blank. What good is it when I can use it to see my ticket?

Just bought tickets a few days ago and can’t even see them in the app.

This app is awful. I have A LOT to transfer and it will not download. It freezes. I’m am beyond upset and still have several more tickets to transfer. Horrible! Bring back where I could TEXT and not email and plug in their email TWICE!
