Houston's First Baptist Church

I’ve been a member since 1999. The sermons are relevant and the classes are pertinent and the people are kind! So thankful to be apart of this Body of Christ! Visitors are welcomed

When I started coming to FBC I was directed to the class that is now known as Christ In You. I immediately fell in love with the Sunday school teachers messages. He was inspiring. That was a little over five years ago. At first I was only coming on the weekends to Houston because I was still teaching school in Beaumont. I came on the weekends to take care of my grandson so my daughter could work. I soon fell in love with our pastors messages as he was not only inspiring, down to earth as well as funny. Even thou I have been a Christian for 66 years I am still learning. God has blessed this church with Pastor Greg and his vision for reaching all who will come to know Christ more. God has great plans if we will follow the leading of our Pastor.
