(How to) Pronounce PRO

I have a radio show where I read books. A key requirement is pronouncing all my words accurately. This app comes to my rescue every time, thank you!

About half of English words have rule-predictable pronunciations. The other half are irregular to some extent. This app mangled the first word I tested (anime). To its credit, the next several words I tested were pronounced correctly. If you use it, be aware that it may supply you completely wrong pronunciations at times.

Of all the apps out there, I find this PRONOUNCE as one of the most useful apps. I use it almost everyday. Amazing Thanks Romano

I really like this app. I purchased the pro. But I noticed that it too has issues with loading the high quality voices. I followed the instructions, but it keeps using the low quality voice. I even restarted my phone, which had the latest iOS 17.

It is pretty good, but sometimes it does not show any definition even when I spell it right and I have to go on Safari or Google. It also has a sort of limited vocabulary, and if it doesn’t know the word it will almost always pronounce it wrong (only when it doesn’t know the word).

Recently it has stopped working and I have to force close it. Has been like this through an update and it’s still not corrected. Still use just takes some time

I’m a terrible speller. It gets me through the day.

I’m wondering how I paid for get all topics for $4.99 yet I was charged $7.82 to my VISA? Is this some sort of price hike app?

I can’t understand the American Accent when trying to here the pronunciation of a word. And is extremely difficult to go back to the voice over I had before when searching through my settings. Not feeling to confident in the pronunciations of the words I type in.

This App is amazing I use it help my 9 year who has speech delay problems to help pronounce words even I find myself using it too to pronounce streets name
