I used this App to try and make the booking experience a little smoother. Unfortunately I wish I’d just gone in to the cinema itself. After trying to book my tickets I got a ‘payment error’ notification and was prompted to try again. So I did. However on checking my account I had been charged despite the App notifying me of the error. Mistakes happen right? Wrong. On contacting customer services and explaining the situation with all the evidence they finally got back to me 3 weeks later saying a refund wasn’t possible. The App itself has so much potential but the customer service and experience I’ve had is incredibly off putting. It really is a shame.
