Very bad UI. Only few chargers available in some metros only. useless for majority of users. They just collect your personal information irrelevant to EV charging. Please don’t install

Most of charger are out of service, when contacted to contact number they say, nobody visited from last two years so we have disconnected it

The app is very poorly designed, you cannot zoom out after a certain limit. Charging stations from Rajasthan are not listed. Initially there were some chargers in Rajasthan but now they are removed from the app.

My Wallet showing negative balance and hence can not add money.

Where can you expect evs if not in delhi ncr? Government was/is /will be lethargic as expected in expanding the charging infrastructure. But a company of the scale as hp, having chargers installed at 10% of their delhi ncr pumps is not a big deal. This is absolutely absurd
