HP Sprocket

I can’t say this has worked for me I was looking for the information on what to do and when I went to print the picture it kept coming out blank no matter what I did I would love to know why it’s doing that or if it happened to any one else but it might be because I have a tiny bit of an older printer. Pls tell me why it’s doing this

The app seems very buggy and sometimes doesn’t communicate well with my iPhone 13. Pictures sometimes print twice when I didn’t intend them to, wasting the expensive paper. It seems like they are held in the queue even when they are finished printing. The sprocket itself doesn’t stay on long and I have to jump up and turn it on again. It also has a very short cord!

Photos print very dark, much darker than they appear in the preview!

This is such a fun app!!❤️ I love making a picture of my pets!!!🩷🩷🩷 and it is just fun making it and then seeing it come out how you want it to look! Sooooo I give this app a 5 🩷🩷🩷😊😜😅

I’ve had this Sprocket printer for about a year and I love it! However, my original phone was an Android, and when I switched to an iPhone, one of the features I used the most doesn’t work with the Apple version. I can no longer use two fingers to turn photos sideways for better fits in the frames. Please add that to the Apple app!! Also, a bonus feature would be to have adjustable lines in the collage layouts! Thank you!

Buy a different brand.

The Sprocket printer is awesome. I like how it has a collage maker and the 4 Photo Booth part. It prints out well and quickly and easy to carry around.

I lOVE!!!! My Sprocket it prints well and is handy and tiny but I can’t always print things. My family is making a scrapbook and we have been using my printer to add pictures(I use a 2x3 printer on an iPhone 14) and I can’t print most of the stuff I am sent from other people which is really inconvenient because I don’t always have my phone for pictures. I am sure I’m just using it wrong but it’s really bugs me. It’s a great product though!!

Overall I love the idea of the printer and it does ultimately manage to print the photos (thus 3 stars versus 1 which this app possibly deserves). But no matter what it will always always print duplicates of the same photo over and over. It will appear to be operating fine and print 1 photo okay but your 2nd photo will get duplicated, often multiple times, and your 3rd will just forever sit in the queue as a result. Have to restart the device and app essentially after each print and clear the queue and even that could not work. When you only get 10 photo sheets at a time its very onerous to have it continuously print duplicates and is such a waste of money. App also needs better editing options for collages and the ability to format the photos to print landscape versus portrait. If you have a landscape photo the app will only orientate the picture in portrait. You have to edit the photo outside of the app first to the orientation you want it to print.
