So I pay for HP OfficeJet 8710 printers ink but HP doesnot allow me to print,scan, copy papers on their HP printer label printer that I bought from HP several years ago.
And because I doNot buy their NEW and in their opinion” better”, not my opinion at all, they refuse to allow me to
print free of charge in to use MY printer that has THEIR HP ink e-supply.
Even I can do the math that says it is Morally Wrong for HP to force me to Pay for a Printer app to use their e-supply Print cartridges, that I have to buy also.

Used to tell me which cartridges were low on ink. Now it does absolutely nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible!
Invalid Scan
I downloaded this to utilize the barcode/QR code scanner. This is for validating quality HP cartridges. Each time I scan, it returns with “Invalid Scan”. Please advise and fix this.
Other people have mentioned that they have all of these other options. Some to connect to their printer others to monitor their printer. I can only change my language and scan.

Useless after last update
I can no longer check the ink level in my HP printer - this app is now useless!

This used to detect my printer on my network and provide ink levels. After updates yesterday and today it doesn’t show my printer or levels and now wants me to scan cartridges to even get started. I don’t have the boxes that have the QR codes anymore, I threw them out after installing cartridges. HP, just give me back the old app and leave things alone! Way to wreck an app and ruin the experience!
Useless
Wanted an app that would detect my HP LaserJet color printer and let me see the toner levels. It didn’t even find my printer that is attached with an ethernet cable. App does not work.
