HRT Paratransit

App no longer does return trips. Can’t set a time for them. I wish they could get this app fixed. It seems like every time there’s an update. There’s something else messed up.

It needs to be better hafl the time it will say my driver is at my location when it not there handried need to be better

it will not let me finish signing into the app, on the personal details tab, clicking next doesn't work, and will not go to the next screen.

I can’t set up to get to my location to be where I want to at my location at the exact time. And to return to where I started. I always have to call to do that.

I was looking forward to using this app and service but I can’t even get past the set up page. It’s like the app is stuck. Why even present this mess and not check to make sure tht it works. Some ppl actually rely on public transportation. Just delete this app as an option since it doesn’t work and u evidently have no plans of fixing it.

Uber costs a lot, but it’s far more reliable than this excuse of a transit system

Would not even recommend this service to even that of my worst enemy ever made in life… From inconsistent pick-up times, nasty drivers, to abhorrent customer service ever conceived over phone-calls….. Wanting to do any and all you good folks a favor, have my word to not give these creatures any penny!

This app frequently is not in sync with the bus and gives faulty updates. You can do better and you need to do better. You serve people with intellectual disabilities who rely on this app. Their families try to track them with this app and rely on you as well. HRT Paratransit clients are stranded without the executive functioning to know what to do. Fix this please. Please. Please.

Makes getting around so much easier for me. I love being able to track my driver too and not having to call to book or change my ride - the app takes care of it!
