it sorta works, but does not seem to be able to sync with apple health at all... so kind of pointless with an iphone

I got mine in and it keeps shutting my Bluetooth off can’t make calls can’t get calls messages not coming through doesn’t raise to turn on everything they say it does it don’t not at all I give this watch a -0 rating
No dual mode
My watch don’t have a dual mode so I can’t connect it to my phone other apps are connected except the call apps can someone please tell me how you get the dual mode on the watch
PLEASE FIX NOW
this is by far the worst app I’ve use and the worst watch. I was super excited cause this could’ve been great and it was working fine but the steps track so inaccurately I took 10 steps and when I checked the app it said I took 70. On top of that I can’t connect the data to my iPhone fitness and health app to actually get accurate step count!!! I really wish I could give 0 stars because this is just horrible!!!
Does not connect to iPhone music
For the life of me, I cant connect my iPhone music to this watch! I’ve literally gone thru EVERYTHING PHONE OPTION & SCREEN TO MAKE IT PLAY (AFTER CONNECTING THE WATCH) cool looking watch but very disappointing it does not play my music and allow me to use the controls in the watch.
Bad Product
I purchased two watches which uses this app. There was no problem with the app but the watch is trash. It charged greatly before the first time I used it. However, when I took it off to charge it again, it stopped working. Now it doesn’t even come in nor will it charge. I’m returning both watches. 👎🏾😫

The only thing that’s bad about this is you can’t download anything and they already downloaded things for you so instead of Instagram and all that other stuff why didn’t they download YouTube or some other than dice for you? They should really make a big update so that’s the reason why I’m leaving a 2 star review
