Inconsistency in App
US hsbc allows global transfers within app but Canadian app doesn’t allow it? Is there any reason why we are not allowing this update on Canadian app ?

No Connection error
Has been working find until this week, when a “No connection” error keeps showing up.
Poor performance and not upto market Expectations

Inefficiency Process
I opened chequing account online but have to wait 7 days later to use all features. Super slow process comparing with other banks
Global-view Transfers
While the app itself works just fine, I quickly realized that Global view transfers are not directly supported on the app and that I would have to use the online portal instead. At present, the Global view feature on the app only allows me to view all my accounts in other regions and not facilitate on-the-go transfers. For Premier & Advance customers, this seems like an implementation that should be prioritized. Kindly escalate to the mobile app vendor and work with them on this. A few other HSBC regional apps have already added support for this a few months back. I sincerely hope HSBC Canada can follow the same standard.

This is the best app because it’s user friendly.

Not so good
Not so good, very less ATM’s and branches. You have to search and travel long for bank or ATM. Withdrawal or purchase limit also. I won’t recommend even I will choose others.
App is very sketchy and not feature rich
Having banked with more than 20 or so banks many of which were off shore and in different countries. I have personally found the app to be very KLUNKY and not feature rich. As for the bank itself? This is just the bc/langley branch… TAKE YOUR MONIES TO ANY OTHER BANK!!! Run as fast as you can. Just horrible! HSBC YOU NEED TO DO BETTER AS A WORLD BANK!
