Oct 23: Using iPhone 14 pro, latest ios, app hangs when arrives at the setup 6 digit pin/code screen. Very frustrating.

Hi, I tried to add hsbc HK to my Hsbc Sg list of countries for fund transfer. However to add onto my country list, I need to get the security code from the HSBC HK mobile app. However the HK mobile app would not allow a log in saying services currently not available, try again later. This message seemed permanently there, so how to get security code to add countries to my sg account. Isn’t HSBC suppose to allow global view n global transfers? Now it seemed that’s just a marketing hype but in reality can’t be done???? Kindly advice what to do ? P c chew
The customer service and the live chat agent are ridiculously poor. I have put in a simple request for account conversion since Nov 2021, went through HKMA as well and it is still WIP after 6 months . And it just took me 2 hours to explain to live chat agent I would like a call back but the live agent still hasn't acknowledge the request ... Mobile app is supposed to help day to day banking but this live chat with poorly trained live agent making it the worst banking app experience, unfortunately.
Need to make it able to be excess able from overseas. Can’t claim credit card points.
Despite having latest IOS software it’s not allowing me to download the latest version whilst also not allowing me to get into the old app. I’ve tried to go in via the website but that needs app authentication….so stalemate, I can’t access my money
I do not have IOS version 13.0. There is message pop up say can download last compatible versions, but it doesn’t work when press download, what can I do? You cut me off from using Mobile Banking as well as iInternet Banking (security password is generate by Mobile Banking APP). Already feedback 2 weeks, still no action. Time to withdraw from this bank.
No warning about the change to the new version. Do not have IOS 13 on my current phone and cut off from internet banking. Ridiculous.
Service is always unavailable on Mobile app. set up mobile security key is such a nightmare, you’ll find yourself in an infinite loop of logging in and out as the app boots you out to log in again to “Setup security device”. Phone banking customer officer also just sends you a link to help yourself and hanged up the call without confirming the issue is resolved.
