Almost useless app

Compared to AIA’s offering, this app has a loooooooong way to go before I would consider it as useful. This is my objective comment as I am a client of both insurance companies.

terrible app

ugly UI, loads terribly slow. Cancelling my insurance plan just cause of the frustration it caused.

Cannot even create an account.

CRAP APP!

It’s 2023 and still you guys did not how to run a decent app!

Glitchy, inconvenient

This app is super frustrating to use. I can barely log in without getting an error message and often have to file a claim multiple times before I can submit one.

Errors. Non functioning buttons. Registration errors.

This app looks and feels like it was done by an intern in early 2010s. Buggy, barebones, unintuitive

bugs everywhere

file a claim but want to track it shows no claim was made. emailed them multiple times with reference number and they never receive the claim. how to process claims when there is no other alternatives.
