The UI and features needs to be improved. Lagging behind almost all competitors is ease of use and how payments are handled. This app fails to fetch OTP and populate in the field correctly, which even SBI has managed to do very well. Average buying NAV could be shown to analyse the portfolio better.
Not opening after disclaimer and allowing access
The app is having poor UI/UX. There is no option to navigate back and forth. Very bad app, pl check and try to improve. Thanks Manish
Nice app to transact with multiple features
After using HSBC UK app, this app just feel very low quality when it comes to HSBC, but app is better then other platforms like franklin templeton but as HSBC customer I think app can be better.
