This app only does the bare minimum of online banking. In Dec 2023: No ApplyPay to any HSBC cards in Qatar including premiere, no credit or debit card information, no Iban information, no standing orders, no analytics, no setup of payee for transfers, no online application for credit cards… basically the main use case is to look at your balance and bank statement.
This is the most pathetic bare bones basic app ever. If I didn’t have to transfer money to my accounts in the US and UK, I would be using pen and paper.
Simple and clean app. Not to many options kept clear and work’s very well. Face ID just works seamlessly.

No Apple Pay support, no other major features. Transferring money is super challenging too. You need to keep a stupid little device that generates code every time want to transfer money to someone else. HSBC Qatar is living in the 18th century

Pathetic Service, very unprofessional and not helpful at all… Over charge for international transfers… Very inconvenient banking services… In-Bank, Phone Banking or even Internet Banking… Please try other banks it’s not worth at all…
I will give 5 star if instant transaction happened not wait for next working days I might need the money urgently so please think about that.
A lot more functions and services should have been made available in this day and age.
