Worst credit card and its service
I am using this credit card since 5 years. It never offer any good service since than no credit limit increase and no other benefit. Citi bank and DBS credit card are 100 times better than this.

I am using this credit card since 5 years. It never offer any good service since than no credit limit increase and no other benefit. Citi bank and DBS credit card are 100 times better than this.
Bad service
I applied the credit card through singsaver welcome gift promotion(Dyson hairdryer) but after waiting for few months didn’t receive the gift. The staff told me to appeal which I did, after another one month nobody contacted me until I called them again, this time they told me the promotion has ended and Dyson hairdryer is no longer available. Are you not going to update me at all until I contact you? Totally disappointed and won’t use this bank anymore.
There should be a option under credit card acct drop down action to pay for the card bill simple and direct like many other banks. Not to have to manually key the card number each time under pay and transfer
downloaded the app and created an account in it… but tried several time logging in unsuccessfully… pls solve this problem before my new credit card arrives in a few days time…!! if it still doesn’t work, I am going to cancel this credit card and disregard HSBC for the rest of my life!
Facing issue of immediate logout after logging in. Does not instill confidence in the app as a new cardholder Update: waited 20min later and could make my first login
“You’ve been logged out. Your online banking session has expired. Please log on again” I keep getting this msg after app update. I am unable to login with pin or face id.
Why i log in it kept saying i am logged out?
Very fast n efficient
HSBC refuses to give me access to my own money since several months without explanations ans refuse that i close my account. Last week they made the money disappeared and refuse to explain me what's going on. Worst banking experience ever. Stay away from them.
