Taking credit card and waiting on call to activate is very old. Just enable UAE pass with app to save time

If you want to lose your money and waste your money for nothing, I advise you to open an account in this bank. They are taking money from my personal account.. I do not advise anyone to open an account in this bank.. Rating: 0 out of 100 without a star

The worst customer service ever, even basic things like updating documents in the app you can’t do via app, you’ll try to contact support via chat and they’ll send you to landline service, where you’ll spend hours trying to get information what actually needs to be done. Finding some information in the app itself is a challenge with no solution.

This app is fine for the most basic use case of online banking. It lacks important customization features that are very common in other backing apps. For example: - cannot create a nickname for your accounts - no in-app charts to see spending categories/insights over time - cannot search for transactions - cannot filter for transactions
